Physical Therapist, Dry Needling Specialist, and Partner

“Physical therapy became an important part of my life after sustaining an injury in college. I was able to work with a great physical therapist and appreciated how he treated each patient holistically. I believe that health and wellness should be an integral part in everyone’s lives and I strive to implement this concept into every interaction I have with my patients. I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level and get great satisfaction when my patients overcome their obstacles.”

What is your favorite vacation you have ever taken? Why?: The summer of 2005, my family went down to Myrtle Beach to visit my older brother. It was the first big family vacation in a long time and we also had a couple of aunts and uncles with us. The weather was great and it was just an awesome time to have the entire family together in one place.

My bucket list (three things I want to do before I die):

  • Take a trip to Italy
  • Sky dive
  • Play golf at Pebble Beach

If you could trade places for a day with someone, who would it be and why?: Brandon Phillips!

+ NATHAN MCNEEL PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant, TEAM PTA

" As a physical therapist assistant, I enjoy walking along side my patients as they progress toward recovery. The journey of rehabilitation is the most functional when the therapist and patient are actively involved in the entire treatment experience. I believe that through my education, experience, encouragement and motivation, I can make a positive change in the lives of others. It also helps that I really enjoy what I do, too. "

Work Location:

  • I love reading a good book(especially sc-fi and historical mysteries)
  • One of my personal hobbies is building models of replica cars, buildings, and statues

What is your favorite vacation you have ever taken? Why?: My most favorite vacation would have to be my honeymoon to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. I remember every day of the vacation waking up to an amazing view of the Caribbean Ocean and going out and exploring the sights with my new wife. This also was the first trip that either of us had without a family member along, so it was nice to be free to do whatever we wanted whenever we wanted.

My bucket list (three things I want to do before I die):

  • Live abroad- possibly Austria, Switzerland, or France
  • Take a road trip along the west coast and visit mutiple National Parks
  • Own a Lotus Elise sports car

If you could trade places for a day with someone, who would it be and why?: I would trade places with my 3 year old son because I want to see the world through his eyes and experience the luxuries and freedom of youth again. Childlike wonder and imagination allows each of us to stay young at heart and I think that this mindset aids in keeping the body healthy.
