Role & Responsibilities:
Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the activities of the front office and billing staff. This is to insure that each patient’s visit runs smoothly from the first phone call to the last correspondence with our billing specialists.
Responsibilities Include:
- In-clinic and phone communications
- Efficient and convenient appointment scheduling
- Accurate record keeping for insurance benefits and compliance
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service provided by OPTC associates
- Accurate and prompt resolution of patient accounts
About Rebecca:
A former OPTC associate, Rebecca has first hand knowledge and experience with addressing patients’ needs and providing excellent customer service. She strives to make sure our patients consistently receive the attention and information they need.
